David learned a big lesson when he faced Goliath. When you are facing adversity, turn your face to the one who has overcome all adversity: Jesus.

When David went down into the Valley he heard Goliath taunt him and intimidate him. David did not respond like the rest of the men who ran in fear. Rather David shows us a valuable lesson turn your focus to Jesus who has already overcome all adversity.

David said to Goliath "You come to me with a sword and spear but I come to you in the NAME OF THE LORD OF HOSTS!" David turned his focus to the source of his overcoming Goliath and that source is the Lord.

So whatever you are facing today remember to turn your face towards the one who has overcome all adversity: Jesus.
