Today I found myself rushing to the office to start on my sermon for this weekend. As I sat at my computer studying and putting together an outline, the Holy Spirit came upon me. I began to sense the need to stop rushing and begin to pray.

As I prayed I could not stay in my seat and found myself on my knees before the Lord. I just slowed down and began to thank Jesus for all that He has done and is doing in my life. I found the tears beginning to roll down my face for all that the Lord has done. He has brought me through more things than I could ever tell. God is Good and I Love Him So Much.

Can I encourage you to Slow Down and take some time for Jesus. Believe me you will not waste a minute spending time with Jesus.
